The Dickinson Blog Project

The prowling Bee aims to post and comment on all of Emily Dickinson's 1789 poems in Franklin order. It’s a challenge, a delight and a wonderful adventure! Susan Kornfeld started the blog and commented on the first 685 poems and then Adam Wade Degraff started his run with poem F686. Scroll down to see earlier poems, or else use the Search function (below the Header) to find a poem you’re interested in.

Poems are titled by the first line and identified at the end by its Franklin and Johnson numbers followed by the date Franklin assigns. We generally try to point out where Franklin's version differs from Johnson's.
